Terms and Conditions
To confirm a booking with us we require a deposit of £50. This must be paid by bank transfer and once received your party will be booked in the diary so that no one else can book. Please note that deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances as they cover admin fees, time spent organising your party and reserve the date for you. With bookings affected by Covid restrictions we will be happy to transfer your deposit to an alternative date providing we have availability although please note dates must be checked with us first. Final balances will be due two weeks before a party if you are having real flowers or four weeks before a party if you are having artificial flowers.
